[CM] cm2 and midishare

I'll try again. If anyone has file midishare-1.0.0.tar.gz, 
midishare-1.0.1.tar.gz, midishare-1.0.0.tar.gz or knows where I can still 
download these old files, they are no longer available from the cm 
sourceforge site, please let me know. Thank you.
