[CM] Windows softsynth

hi tim!  the window's software synth should be available as a MidiOut   
device, look under Audio>Midiout for the device called

"Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth"

ive never seen it not listed before, its even available in my  
Parallels windows emulator on my mac!
