[CM] Installing CLM 3.2.4 on OSX 10.5.7 - how to ?

Yes, I meant CLM 4:

I've installed latest Xcode, but frankly most of the instructions in
Henirich's last thread here assume a familiarity with all the jargon that I
don't have.

Let's assume I'm a total beginner (which I'm not, but humor me). What do I
need to do - in layman's terms ?
