[CM] plotter

Hi the plotter is acually there, I just havent added it into the cm3  
tree yet.
i think you can set aquaterm in your .bash_profile, im sure the  
aquaterm docs explain how to do it.
it should not be hard at all to get the gunplot stuff running in cm3,  
i just have to remove (is-a? ...) tests
