[CM] clm/cm3 in s7 scheme

its coming along, yesterday i got s7 running in the scheduling thread,  
trying now to get processes going. if bill will be able to get the  
(run ) optimizer working in sndlib tthe clm calls will be fast. so im  
pretty hopeful!
