I can reproduce this. I built the Juce demo and fired it up. I went into 
the "Look-and-feel" menu and selected "Use native window title bar". 
When I do that, I can't move the window with the mouse. But when I turn 
that option off, I can move the window around.

By the way, the demo is awesome. :) This library belongs in Gentoo (and 
Debian and Fedora, of course.)
