[CM] Snd Fix

While trying to compile Snd yesterday evening using Gauche, I ran  
into a compile time error that was corrected with the following patch  
to clm2xen.c:

< XEN_ARGIFY_3(g_polywave_w, g_polywave)
---
 > XEN_ARGIFY_2(g_polywave_w, g_polywave)
