[CM] openmcl and walk.lisp

Thanks!  That gave me the info I needed to get clm running
in openmcl in the linux x86-64 case, and I hope on the ppc.
I'll make a new clm tarball either later today, or maybe tomorrow.
(openmcl is hanging while trying to compile bes-i0 in mus.lisp --
apparently that expression is too deeply nested.  If I comment
it out, and change the FFI naming convention to the modern
one (not the old NeXT style "_" business), everything is happy).
