Isn't this part of the OGG library, so oggenc and oggdec can handle it?
>From the "wiki" info, I don't see what it has to do with OGG -- it looks
like a NeXT/Sun header with some added channel placement stuff.
If it is a stand-alone format (i.e. not intended as a piece of an OGG
file), then I can add support, but it would be nice to have an example
to test with.  If it's embedded in OGG, use oggdec -- I'm taking that
approach for all these complicated packaging formats.
