Ah, good, QJackCtl to the rescue. Yes, you can save/load any audio/MIDI
connections config via QJackCtl's Patchbay.
Okay, pinkdorian sprouted its audio through QSynth. This is great stuff,
so I'm disappearing now, I'm going to play with code. :)
