So, let's say I'm convinced to stay with ruby. But how is it with
speed and resources usage? Isn't ruby much slower than scheme(guile)?

And about ruby-inline: are there any examples of usage achievable
somewhere? If I recall correctly ruby-inline must be given C/C++ code,
so it would by precious to have such examples available.
