its commented out in src/pm.scm. im not sure why -- perhaps its due  
to the currently incomplete migration of receiving to C. perhaps its  
not possible to receive for the moment. if i ever find some time ill  
try to figure out what needs to be done to get receiving back working  
again, sorry.
