[CM] "csh" dependency??

I just got back to experimenting with "cm". I picked up the latest CVS
from SourceForge. I managed to get the CMUCL version to compile and
load, but it seems to need "csh" now. I don't remember this from before.
Is this new, or did I just happen to have "csh" installed when I tested
this before (shortly before the 2.6 release)? It's no big deal -- I
installed "tcsh" and everything worked.
