[CM] CM build problem

sorry for the confusion -- it turns out that there is already an 
openmcl "gtk" header directory (on ppc/linux, which i never use and so 
didnt see) so i had to switch to "gtk2" and then i forgot to update 
that tarball. ill fix it right away. ditto the install docs.
