[CM] MidiShare error with CM

Hi Rick:

  I realize the MidiShare stuff isn't sorted out yet, so this is just 
another report on current conditions.

  I opened the cmio panel, stayed with the default Score output panel, 
opened and closed the MidiShare port without trouble. Opened it again, 
and the system (CM) hung and required a manual kill. No errors were 
reported at the Lisp prompt.

  Also, I load portmidi with use-system, but when I click on its panel 
in cmio it isn't active. It opens fine when I click the start button, 
but is that how it's supposed to behave ?
