[CM] random and funcall patterns

the two offending pattern class names are 'random' and 'funcall'. if i 
inherit these symbols then some cltl's signal errors when i define 
pattern classes on these symbols. both of these pattern names go back 
years and years, probably to the first version of cm. i was trying to 
continue to use the symbols without 'violating' the cltl meansings or 
hammering people's package locks. im not sure what to do.
