[CM] plotter segfaults saved cm image

Hi bill i doubt they are incompatible -- My guess is that the shared 
library has to be (re)loaded , or pointers need to be revalidated or 
something.  perhaps the cmucl docs say something about shared libries 
in saved images, ill take a look.
