Heh heh... I said to myself "this thing is so broken, I can't
do anything wrong to it", and I started editing the CVS directory
entries by hand (this after sourceforge's suggested bugfix
failed to have any effect), and by some miracle, a "commit"
command just worked, I think -- or maybe I overwrote some
NORAD files.
