[CM] midishare

Just tried to get CM running with midishare and had the exact same 
experience as Johannes describes. I installed both the user and 
developer packages. I think the midishare installer doesn't install 
this file. midishare.framework is nowhere to be found on my drive.

Back to OS 9 where things actually work...
