[CM] multiple sound cards

The /dev/dsp and /dev/mixer numbers have no direct relation
to the sound cards in OSS, and there's no simple way to tell
which ones are related.  The data format complaint you got
probably came about because you set the output device via
"(sl-dac name 1)" -- the third arg is the sndlib-style
device (i.e. mus-audio-line-out or whatever).  I don't
know why you're not getting sound, but if you have a program
that works, you can use it through *clm-player*.
