i can't comment much, really, only congratulations and a big thank you for
this great book.

i just wanted to report that i noticed a few files missing:

20/cring.cm
20/foster.cm
21/snd/pctest-1.midi
24/snd/blur.sco

there are links to these files in the text, but they're not there. perhaps
they are not ready yet, or it's just a wrong link.
