[CM] Ladspa stuff for snd.

Hi, here is a script for using ladspa plugins in snd.
I think its rather nice. Its a bit like Dave Phillips
script, but more general since it automaticly builds
up the menues and dialogs instead of using predefined ones.
And it has realtime preview.
