[CM] new CM docs in CVS

Ive updated cm's entire doc/ tree including a new version of the
dictionary a new look for the home page. it is now in the cvs
repository.
If you have already installed CM ffrom CVS you get the new material by
doing
cd cm/doc
cvs update -d
(the "-d" is apparently necessary to add the new doc/dict directory to
your local tree)
