[CM] fm violin error

Hi Bill:

  I'm testing the Oct. 1 CLM-2 with CMUCL. It builds without problems,
but I'm hitting this error when I try to (load "v") after compiling the
instrument :

	* (load "v")
	; Loading #p"/home/dlphilp/clm-2/v.x86f".
	Error in function COMMON-LISP::FOREIGN-SYMBOL-ADDRESS-AUX:
	   Unknown foreign symbol: "clm_lnxcmu_fm_violin2"
