[CM] building clisp on OSx

You should get fink, it is the easiest way to install packages like clisp 
in OSX. Upon installing just type on a shell:

fink install clisp

and fink will fetch the most recent version of clisp from the internet, 
together with needed dependencies and install them in your computer (you 
probably have to sudo the command above).
