Which operating system are you using ? 

RedHat Linux detects this card automatically but only with OSS and only
two channels of audio. If you want to consider ALSA this might be a good
opportunity to take a look at the planetCCRMA web page previously
mentioned in this list. Also take into consideration that audio drivers
are (very) kernel dependent.
