clm and cmn

The new clm version fixes a bug in both src and resample
in the C case which would cause unwanted changes in the
sampling rate.  Unfortunately this required a change to 
the data layout in cmus.c, which means any instruments
using src or resample need to be recompiled, and users
of gcl/kcl need to remake libmus.a and gcl/kcl -- sorry
for the inconvenience.

At several people's request I'm in the process of making
a European (or rather, non-American) version of cmn --
I've added centimeters as a default unit, and the 
default paper size in that case is 21 x 29.7 cm, which
I'm told is the norm; let me know of other such things.
"h" as a pitch name is problematic since "h" already
means half-note rhythm.

Also, *cmn-preview* changed so that it is easier to call
up Preview (or Yap) automatically from cmn.  Other changes
recently involve rest names, subdivision brackets, and
complex meters.
