new CMN

CMN now can produce Quickdraw output -- there's a little
previewer for the Mac; also added a primitive previewer
for the NeXT.  On the Mac, set (output-type :quickdraw)
and on the NeXT, (setf *cmn-preview* t) -- the latter
is not a "real" NeXT application, but it's faster than
Yap or Preview.  Also, CMN now runs on NeXTStep/Intel --
on the 66MHz Pentium here, it's about 3 times as fast
as on the 68040 NeXT.
