float output from CLM, etc

CLM can now write any of the data formats it can read, including
32-bit float, mulaw, 32-bit linear, etc. New with-sound options
data-format and scaled-to -- the latter causes CLM to write 32-bit
linear output, then does a second pass scaling that file to the
scaled-to argument, so the composer doesn't have to worry about
clipping or figuring out how to juggle amps to get a particular
output maxamp. Fasmix has been extended to handle all possible
combinations of 1,2, and 4 channels in and out -- some of its
arguments have new names. Another new with-sound option is
save-stats -- it causes the file stats printed at the end of the
with-sound run to be inserted into the comment in the output
file's header.
