You are warmly invited to an Artful Design "Manifestival" @ Stanford!
It starts Thursday (11/1) 4:30pm with an Artful Design book talk &
celebration, and an evening laptop orchestra concert (by the splendid
Sideband from Princeton) -- followed by a full-day Artful Design
Symposium at CCRMA on Friday (11/2), themed on the following
topics:

   • Session #1: The Ethics of Design
     What does it mean to design ethically?

   • Session #2: The Craft of Design
     What does it mean to design well?

   • Session #3: The Pedagogy of Design
     How do we teach design? (at the intersection of
     engineering, art, the humanities, and the social sciences)
