[mus422] HW2 released

Hello class,

Here are a couple of announcements:
1) Homework 2 has been released on the website, along with the skeleton 
file quantize.py, and the testing file hw2test.py (which, again, just 
test the name of the functions and the type/number of variables). Good luck!

2) Next lecture will be next Tuesday from 8:45am to 10:00am, at the 
usual place (CCRMA classroom @ the Knoll).
Remark: There is also a lecture on Friday, usual time and place!

3) Please fill up the office hours survey before tomorrow!
