[mus422] Tutorial - Change of location

Hello class,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to change the location of the 
tutorial. It will be either:
* In the ballroom cluster, which means the room adjacent to the 
classroom (on the second floor)
* In the seminar room, a room on the third floor of the building.
