[mus422] HW2 grades released

Hello class,

The grades of HW2 have been released with comments (cf files in your 
dropbox). Please read them. *Several people**need to fix their 
quantization functions* (especially BFP) to have a properly working 
quantization module in the upcoming homeworks.
