Dear all,
I guess this was not yet officially said -
we will have our concert on Wednesday only and use Tuesday
for rehearsals and for further work.

And a little change in reservations of rooms -
because you have an 8hour limit, I reserved for you all spaces in the 
system from 5:30 on Wed. We will decide on Monday who uses them and when 
within those hours. I also brought back our reservation on Tue
in the Listening room.
