Subject: [Music 155] TA individual meeting

Dear All,

I would like to hold meetings individually regarding your final project, so I 
can support you with technical or logistical thing. I think the meeting should 
be 20 minutes max, mainly talking about the requirements, duration and the spot, 
etc. It is about clarifying the details about your work in person. So feel free 
to bring your questions and concerns to the meeting.

I will be around CCRMA between 2PM~5PM tomorrow (find me at the 3rd floor). If 
you can't make it in this time frame, I will have to meet you on Thursday 
morning 11~12PM. I believe that's enough time to meet everyone and coordinate 
things.

These individual meetings replace the regular class tomorrow; we do not have the 
regular class tomorrow.

Please reply this email with "Reply All" option so everybody is on the same 
page! If you can specify your preferred time slot, it would be great.
